Thai Spice Blend

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground coriander
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground turmeric
1 tablespoon ground paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon lemongrass powder
1 tablespoon dried Thai basil
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all the spices and herbs: ground coriander, cumin, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, lemongrass powder, dried Thai basil, crushed red pepper flakes, white pepper, salt, and sugar.
Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Store the Thai spice blend in an airtight container or spice jar away from heat and light.
Usage Tips:
