Ingredients:
1 lb (500g) beef sirloin or tenderloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Stir in mustard and sour cream, then return beef to the skillet. Cook for a few more minutes until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve over egg noodles or rice.
