1 lb ground beef
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the Skillet:
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once heated, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Brown the Beef:
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
Add the Cabbage:
Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes (with juice), paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well and cover the skillet with a lid.
Cook Until Tender:
Allow the mixture to cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and the flavors meld together.
Serve:
