Coleslaw

 Easy COLESLAW recipe

It’s creamy and tangy. Just the way I love it. This tastes like KFC coleslaw to me!
For the Coleslaw:
4 cups finely chopped (half cabbage)
1/4 cup shredded carrot
For the Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey/sugar
2 tbsp buttermilk
1 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
Shred the cabbage and carrots. Or chop in food processor. Set a side.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing. Whisk until smooth.
Add in cabbage and carrots. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Or eat it right away. Enjoy!
