Ingredients:
Cake:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon baking powder
Cinnamon Swirl:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Make the Cake Batter: In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
Cinnamon Swirl: In a separate bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Glaze: In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the warm cake and let it soak in before serving.
